On Monday, March 9, in the territory of the Broshniv-Osada village community in the Kalush district of Ivano-Frankivsk region, a man wounded two servicemen of the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCRSS) with a knife while documents were being checked by an alert group and then fled the scene.

**Details:** The incident occurred while the servicemen, accompanied by a law enforcement officer, were trying to verify the suspect's military registration documents. However, according to military sources, the man attempted to escape, and when he was pursued, he attacked the notification group with a knife.
Currently, the TCRSS servicemen have been taken to the hospital, where they received the necessary medical care, and their lives and health are not in danger. The police are searching for the attacker.
The Western Operational Command reminded that an attack on servicemen while they are performing their official duties carries criminal liability, with a potential sentence of 5 to 12 years of imprisonment, depending on the severity of the injuries inflicted and the qualification of the crime (Articles 114-1 and 350 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
